Well. This project started off with prepping the walls and ceiling. Sanding then cleaning the walls and ceiling for paint. Two coats on the walls and ceiling. The trim was a very dark brown high gloss that needed to be sanded then three coats of white trim paint. All that’s left is to touch up an area by the door and then the client is having the rug replaced to compliment the beautiful blue they picked out which still has wet areas that you can see in the pictures. I always enjoy seeing the final results. I didn’t take before pictures unfortunately but this is a major change which really brightens up the room. As always I appreciate the work from my customers and the opportunity to enhance their homes. Punch List Guys passion for sure.

Knocked out another project but this one for my wife. We took down 2 over grown burning bushes then removed all the old mulch and w**d fabric. Put about 3” of really nice top soil then purchased Kentucky Bluegrass Sod from Saratoga Sod. Rolled the sod out then did the finishing touches to blend it in to the original grass. We installed a beautiful white country fence and the wife did her magic in planting the perennial flowers. This should hopefully bring us some beautiful landscaping for years to come. This project was in phases but I am so excited to see the final outcome. Just remember to think of your favorite Punch List Guy. Pretty versatile in a lot of areas. Just look through the projects I have posted. I hope everyone is enjoying life to the fullest. Also had a little friend hanging out under the truck. Mr. Rabbit, 🐇 Trix are for kids. lol.

Had a client reach out for some stringer replacements. They wanted the two stringers in the middle of the stairs replaced. So to work I went and made them out of pressure treated 2x12x10’s. Removed the existing Trex boards then replaced them. Job was a bit challenging as Mother Nature was lurking over head with a severe thunderstorm so I really needed to work efficient and quickly to complete this before the sky’s opened up. Whelp unfortunately I wasn’t fast enough so I had to break for about an hour. Once the storm passed over I put the stairs boards back on. I didn’t get a picture of the complete project cause I packed up really fast after the job was completed. Soaked actually cause I got caught in the storm. Customer was very pleased. Really enjoy making a difference for folks. I appreciated the customer entrusting in me. That means a lot. Enjoy folks.

Another small project but with big impacts

06/23/2026

I have successfully completed another project, which entailed gutter cleaning and the installation of gutter guards to prevent future debris accumulation, a task that necessitated assistance from my apprentice, Corey, and the fitting of exterior shutters on three windows. These enhancements significantly enhanced the property's curb appeal. I derive considerable satisfaction from undertaking such projects, as they demonstrate that even relatively small tasks can yield substantial benefits for homeowners. I appreciate the opportunity to contribute to these initiatives.

Greetings. This is your preferred handyman. Although I've been undertaking various small tasks, the past two days have been particularly fulfilling, as I had the opportunity to restore a client's deck to its former glory. This client is one I've had the pleasure of working with before, and I always enjoy our collaborations. The deck required a thorough pressure washing to remove dirt, grime, and flaking paint, which I completed yesterday. Today, I applied additional preparation and commenced applying a fresh coat of paint in a new hue, distinct from the previous blue tone. The outcome meets my expectations, and the timing is fitting with Memorial Day approaching. I'm confident the homeowners will appreciate the renovation and create lasting memories on the deck. On a related note, I'd like to remind everyone to take a moment on Memorial Day to honor those who have made the ultimate sacrifice. The price of freedom is not forgotten, and Monday serves as a poignant reminder of this.
