Here is a project we did for Grand Central Station last year. Hopefully our quality of work makes up for my ability to post pictures regularly. This project was engineer designed, and came with the stipulation that “it has to be perfect”. We built 2 of these gates, all fabricated from scratch. Every finial was welded, and sanded to have the same filleted smooth finish. In total there are about 12 weeks of labor just in sanding, but I think it was worth it. What about you?

Installed this railing yesterday, and it was a hot one. This railing is made from forged stainless steel that has been blackened to give it an old world patina. The copper collars are each individually textured and buffed to give them a sense of depth without overwhelming the rest of the railing. We are very happy with how this railing came out and hope our client is as well!
