Some weeks you ease into. This ain’t one of ’em. 😅

Rooftop Trane with a rotor-locked compressor — changed out. A handful of bad capacitors and a dead fan motor — handled. Walk-in cooler down on a bad solenoid valve — back to temp before the product walked.

And it’s only Wednesday.

🔥❄️ PHASE 1 COMPLETE! ❄️🔥

Big day out on this remodel — a house that has never had central air or heat is finally getting the real deal!

We installed a complete 3.5 ton AirTemp system with 10kW electric heat. All new. Everything. Air handler, condenser, line set, and a full ductwork system — top to bottom, nothing recycled.

That attic was a tight squeeze, but we got the unit set and every run of ductwork installed and dialed in. 💪

And here’s the best part for the homeowner: 10 year parts warranty on the system, backed by a matching 10 year labor warranty from us. A decade of coverage, no surprises. They’re also signing up for one of our maintenance plans to keep it running right for the long haul. 👏

Phase 1 is in the books. We’ll be back in about a month for the next phase — tying in the condensate drains once the plumber wraps up, and setting all the registers after the sheetrock goes up.

Nothing better than watching an old house get modern comfort for the very first time. 🏠

🔥 **PULL & CLEAN — A-Coil Restoration** 🔥

This one was a doozy. Customer called with poor cooling and weak airflow. We pulled the evaporator coil out of the air handler and hauled it outside for a full deep clean — and y'all, look at those before pictures. That coil was packed so tight with dirt and biological growth that air was barely squeezing through it.

Foamed it, rinsed it, and worked it until we got it flowing again. Is that coil in perfect shape? Nope — years of neglect leave their mark and you can see the wear. But the airflow improved *tenfold*, and the difference you can feel at the vents is night and day.

Here's the part most folks don't realize: a coil that plugged throws your whole refrigerant charge out of whack. Once we had it clean and airflow restored, we checked our numbers and the system was off by roughly 2 lbs. Got the charge dialed back to spec, and this unit is back up and cooling like it should.

💡 **Moral of the story:** change your filters and get your system maintained. A dirty coil doesn't just cost you comfort — it costs you efficiency, capacity, and eventually your compressor.
