Kitchen Repair Specialists (KRS) is looking for an energetic, upbeat Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!

If you enjoy talking with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can keep multiple tasks moving while maintaining a positive attitude, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

✅ Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls
✅ Schedule service calls and dispatch technicians
✅ Provide excellent customer service to restaurant and commercial kitchen clients
✅ Follow up on open service requests
✅ Enter and maintain customer information accurately
✅ Assist with invoicing and administrative tasks
✅ Work within QuickBooks and our service management systems

Requirements:

✔ Friendly, professional phone presence
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔ Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
✔ Experience with QuickBooks preferred
✔ Customer service or office experience preferred
✔ Reliable transportation
✔ Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

25 Years of Service. A Lifetime of Gratitude.

Last night, I had one of those moments that makes you pause and truly appreciate the journey.

I had the honor of presenting a plaque to the incredible team at Eleven Madison Park, celebrating 25 years of service, partnership, and mutual trust. Being welcomed into the kitchen by Chef Dominique Roy was deeply meaningful—his professionalism, warmth, and leadership reflect everything that makes EMP such a remarkable place to work with.

Though Chef Daniel Humm wasn't there, I want to thank him sincerely for the iconic restaurant he’s built. The standard of excellence, innovation, and integrity that lives in every corner of that kitchen is a direct result of his vision.

At Kitchen Repair Specialists, we don’t take relationships like this for granted. To be part of the story of one of the world’s most celebrated kitchens for over two decades—it’s humbling, it’s inspiring, and we’re truly grateful.
