Twenty-seven years ago, I started this business with a vision, a strong work ethic, and no idea just how far it would go. Over the years, KRS has built incredible, long-standing relationships with some of the highest-end restaurants in New York City—many of which have trusted us for decades.

A year and a half ago, we expanded into commercial refrigeration, and that division is already booming. Now we’re exploring the addition of HVAC services, and coming soon, the KRS Trade School—where we’ll train the next generation of skilled technicians.

It’s amazing to look back at where we started and see the empire KRS has become. I’m incredibly proud of our team, grateful to our loyal customers, and excited because we’re nowhere near finished.

Kitchen Repair Specialists (KRS) is looking for an energetic, upbeat Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!

If you enjoy talking with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can keep multiple tasks moving while maintaining a positive attitude, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

✅ Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls
✅ Schedule service calls and dispatch technicians
✅ Provide excellent customer service to restaurant and commercial kitchen clients
✅ Follow up on open service requests
✅ Enter and maintain customer information accurately
✅ Assist with invoicing and administrative tasks
✅ Work within QuickBooks and our service management systems

Requirements:

✔ Friendly, professional phone presence
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔ Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
✔ Experience with QuickBooks preferred
✔ Customer service or office experience preferred
✔ Reliable transportation
✔ Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
