Finished up this extension with a full electrical build-out ⚡️

We installed a new subpanel to supply the space, added new lighting and receptacles throughout, and finished it off with a mini-split system for heating and cooling.

Everything was laid out to keep the space clean, functional, and ready to use.

⚡️Another safe and reliable service upgrade completed! ⚡️
We upgraded this home’s electrical service from 150 amps to 200 amps, replacing a very old electrical system that had several safety concerns hidden inside the panel.
During the upgrade we found and corrected multiple issues, including:
• Double-tapped breakers
• Conductors landed on breakers that were oversized for the wire
• Poorly terminated and overcrowded connections
• Aging breakers and outdated equipment A service upgrade isn’t just about adding capacity—it’s an opportunity to correct years of previous electrical work and make sure your home’s electrical system is safe, reliable, and ready for modern power demands.
If your lights flicker, you’re adding new appliances, EV charging, or your panel is showing its age, it may be time to have your electrical service evaluated.

Sometimes the biggest hazards are the ones you can’t see. This bathroom had multiple open splices buried behind finished walls, along with several other hidden wiring issues throughout the home including burnt conductors and unsafe connections. We tracked down every problem, rewired the bathroom properly, repaired the damaged wiring, and brought everything back to a safe, reliable condition.
Electrical problems don’t always trip a breaker—many sit hidden for years creating a serious fire hazard. If your home has older wiring or unexplained electrical issues, it may be time for a professional inspection.
⚡ Safe. Code-compliant. Done right.

Out with the old, in with the new. ⚡️
This home had two outdated electrical panels, including an old Pushmatic panel that were ready for retirement. We consolidated everything into one new Square D Homeline panel, cleaned up the wiring, improved circuit organization, and left plenty of room for future upgrades and expansion.
A modern panel means improved reliability, easier troubleshooting, and the capacity to support today’s electrical demands—whether that’s a kitchen remodel, EV charger, generator hookup, or other future additions.
Another safe, clean, and code-compliant upgrade in the books. 🔥

Sometimes it’s the little details that make the biggest difference.
This old post light was showing its age, so instead of replacing the entire setup, we gave it a new life. We sanded down the existing pole, repainted it to match the new fixture, secured everything with a fresh 50 lb concrete base, and left the customer with a clean, sturdy, updated look that will last for years to come.

Getting this garage conversion started the right way 💪⚡

Today we installed a new subpanel in preparation for a full garage transformation in Nesconset. The electrical closet was tight but we made it work! The new space will be getting plenty of outlets, new lighting throughout, and a mini-split system for year-round comfort.

With all of the new electrical load being added, a subpanel was the best way to provide the capacity and flexibility needed for the project while keeping everything clean and organized.

Stay tuned for the finished product!
