The long awaited reveal is here! It goes without saying but our client got everything they wanted and more

What you guys didn’t see, was our original deadline of getting this client their final inspection and move in date was for before Christmas. We decided we wanted them enjoy all of the holidays in their new home. So we got them moved in the weekend before Thanksgiving!

It was a mad race to the finish line but it was worth all the extra stress to make sure our client got the most bang for their buck

Another one in the books 🙌🏼

After a bit of structural work to open this space up and a few design changes, this kitchen is finally wrapped up. All while still meeting our deadline to complete this project before our clients new baby.

Just in time for the weather to break 🙌🏼

This shed conversion into an ADU was definitely an interesting project. The addition of the deck and the outdoor sauna make this backyard a nice oasis to relax year round.

Another kitchen we completed a few weeks back in Mt Airy. We converted this closed in dining room into an open concept kitchen that now flows seamlessly into the living room.

Another week, another deck 💪🏼

We gave this nice sized front porch a face light by swapping out the deck board and Facia boards with maintenance free composite

We also reframed the rotted deck joists, added supports and flashing to extend the life of this porch for many years!

A Close Up 📸 of our flashing detail at our current in NE Philadelphia.

We ran zip tape from about the middle of the ledger, up over top of the ledger and up underneath the vinyl siding on the house.

To add to that, we slid in a pre-bent aluminum flashing to prevent water from getting close to the exterior wall in the first place.

Stone Fireplace Repair 💪🏼

If you swipe, you can see the previous trades work. For whatever reason, he must’ve thought no one would notice that poor cut line around the perimeter.

Not to mention the coffee stains he left on the mantle 🤦🏻‍♂️

At any rate, we the stone and remounted the fireplace and we restained the mantle to match the rest of the house.
