5 years.

I cannot believe that I am celebrating 5 years of Blue Ridge Premier Safety (BRPS).
The Good Lord has truly blessed me and my company over the last 5 years.
I started this journey with the goal to deliver more engaging safety training, something that people actually enjoyed.
I wanted to make people think while they are out on a mine site or anywhere at work. If I can get them to think while they are working they hopefully they will not get hurt or stop someone else from getting hurt.
Whether it is on the MSHA side with Part 46 or 48 training or on the OSHA general industry side my focus has always been to put the people first. To listen to them and actually hear what they are saying. Then challenge them to take the training out into the work place and use it. Not to just come sit in a room and listen to repetitive words from uninterested instructors (BORING) but to make it useful every day – every moment so they can go home to their families and live life.
My goal is to share my experiences with people and to allow them to share with me. I have learned that when you listen to people (really listen) that they will listen to you.

I want to thank each and every person and company that I have worked with over the last 5 years. I am committed to keeping you safe now and in the future.
