Join us next Saturday for another Kern Koi & Water Garden Group meeting!

We’re excited to have one of our own members, who recently attended Barstow Koi, hosting this month’s meeting and opening up their pond for everyone to see.

This meeting will feature a large above-ground koi pond. Above-ground ponds are some of my favorites because they’re user-friendly and can provide an added level of safety since people, especially small children, are less likely to accidentally walk or fall into them.

Our group is FREE and open to everyone interested in koi keeping, koi ponds, and water gardens. Whether you’re just getting started or have years of experience, you’re welcome!

One of the best things about koi keeping is that there’s no single way to build or maintain a pond. There are many different filtration systems, designs, budgets, and methods that can work. The important thing is creating a healthy environment where your koi can thrive.

With this group, you’ll get the opportunity to see a large variety of ponds, filtration systems, DIY ideas, and different approaches to koi keeping—and learn directly from other pond owners.

Come talk ponds, share ideas, ask questions, and enjoy some koi with us! 🐟
