Please join us in welcoming Matt Riley to the Alert Disaster Restoration team!

As our Executive VP of Revenue, Matt will lead our sales, marketing, and community engagement efforts, with a strong focus on commercial, industrial, and municipal projects. His work will help expand ADR’s reach across Kern County, up to Hanford and Visalia, and out to the coast, all while ensuring more clients get the fast, reliable support they need when it matters most.

Matt brings an incredible track record, including 25 years as President of the Bakersfield Condors, where he helped build a lasting legacy in our community and earned three League Executive of the Year awards. He most recently served as a consultant to the President at Bakersfield College and continues to give back through his work with The Wounded Heroes Fund.

Outside of the office, he and his wife Teri -- owner of Wholy-Chip! wholesale bakery -- like to hike, hang out with grandkids, and travel o see their son Landon play baseball.
