Transforming an older commercial building is never as simple as it looks.
This complete renovation of a taco shop on 19th Street in Downtown Bakersfield required us to work with decades of repairs, uneven floors, unlevel walls, and existing conditions that only reveal themselves once construction begins. Every decision had to be made with precision to ensure the finished product was built correctly while respecting the structure that was already there.
At MD Renovations & Construction, we don’t believe in shortcuts. We believe in finding the right solution, delivering quality craftsmanship, and leaving every project better than we found it.
Proud to bring new life to another Downtown Bakersfield business. 🌮🏗️
