We recently completed a custom home site project in Hellam that was believed to be unbuildable. This project required careful planning and ex*****on and included:

✔️ Developed site layout to accommodate generous two story custom house and auxiliary pole building
✔️ Establishing site elevations
✔️ Excavating and building a pad into the side of the hill
✔️ Properly orienting the home on the property
✔️ Installing septic system
✔️ Underground stormwater management facilities
✔️ All underground utilities
✔️ Balanced earthwork with limited rock removal and exporting fill
✔️ Grading provisions for a future swimming pool

Dustin Nagy Excavating LLC is looking for a dependable and motivated Laborer / Pipe Layer to join our team.

Responsibilities include:
• Underground utility installation
• Water, sewer, and storm pipe work
• Assisting with excavation and site development projects
• Working safely in trenches and around excavation equipment

Qualifications:
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Underground utility or pipe laying experience preferred
• Ability to work as part of a team
