It was a great day to sit on the porch yesterday!

Its a great feeling to watch the rain coming down heavy, knowing all of your water management systems are working at peak efficiency.

As much as we need this rain, now is a great time to go in your attic and check for leaks. Check all your downspouts & culverts to make sure they’re flowing. Make sure your crawlspace is dry if you have one.

Ring us to make it proper when it isn’t.

Dryer vents are a source of some controversy these days. They do not start fires, not cleaning them does. The accordion pipes hold lint in between the wire like no other.

These have a smooth metal surface inside. All joints are taped with the stickiest tape known to man, sealing every point air could escape. This maintains your air volume, keeping lint moving all the way to the end. It’s a lint slide!

They still need to be cleaned 2x a year depending on how much laundry you do per week. This project is inexpensive peace of mind. Your insurance company might even give you a discount!
