Update on a project we’ve been working on as the remaining equipment was just received recently. Today we set a Generac Industrial 650KW diesel fueled stand by generator at the Huron County Courthouse and Sheriff’s Department. Thank you to the Huron County Commissioners Office for selecting us as the Contractor for this project! Also thanks to all of the above tagged contractors and vendors as well as Rooney Contracting here in Bad Axe and MacMillan Associates Consulting Engineers out of Bay City MI!

Larry Maurer, USN (Seabees), one of the founders of Maurer Electric Inc.

The late Lester Maurer, USN, who helped his son Larry in the early days of the Company and later with electric motor and miscellaneous repairs.

So the two former owners of Maurer Electric and Kincaid Electric recently caught up with each other. Larry Maurer and Conrad Kincaid respectively. Conrad gifted this hat to Larry. They both had a great working relationship for many years. Nice gesture Connie!

Company outing tonight watching the Great Lakes Loons vs. the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers. Food, drinks, and an open bar. A good time was had by all! Not so much for the hometown team as they dropped this contest 1-14. Thank you to those that came.
