Safety First, Every Day at Jade Energy Services

As temperatures drop across the Four Corners our team gathered for our monthly safety meeting on cold exposure.

Safety doesn’t stop at our monthly meetings. Every job site, every day, starts with a tailgate safety meeting and a Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Before any work begins, our crews review the hazards, plan the job, and make sure everyone is on the same page.

A big thank-you to our Safety Manager, Donna Trujillo! Donna brings 15 years of safety experience to our team, along with an associate degree in Occupational Safety and an Certified Safety and Health Official (CSHO) certificate in Construction. Her leadership keeps safety at the heart of everything we do.

At Jade Energy Services, getting every employee home safely is our number one priority.

Good electricians aren’t born. They’re trained.

At Jade Energy Services, we believe our people are the most important tool on any job. That’s why we put real time and money into training our crew.

Here’s what that looks like:

Apprentice to journeyman: We support our apprentices with on-the-job mentoring from experienced hands and help them work toward their licenses.

Safety first, every day: Ongoing safety training keeps our crews sharp and makes sure everyone goes home at the end of the shift.

Industry-specific skills: From oil & gas instrumentation to commercial and residential work, we train our people to handle whatever the job throws at them.

Room to grow: We’d rather promote from within than hire from outside. If you put in the work, we’ll invest in you.

When you hire Jade, you get a crew that knows what they’re doing and keeps learning. When you join Jade, you get a company that’s invested in your career.

We’re hiring. If you’re looking for a place to build a career in the electrical trade, send us a message or visit jade-energy.com.
