We have 3 custom builds getting ready to finish and close at the end of this month and can’t wait to see our buyers reactions to each! We also have 4 semi-custom spec plans under construction in Springtown and Weatherford that will be completed between June and end of July. And then 2 more custom builds waiting for the weather to cooperate so we can pour concrete. We are staying busy, but would love to discuss any of our current spec plans, or a build on your lot or our lot opportunity.

I was hesitant to post this as so many had damage to property, or worse, during the recent tornado that came through Springtown and surrounding areas. Seeing the damage first hand was a great reminder we are not in control, but at VE we can try to build with quality and to the best of our abilities. I received these 2 messages from homeowners in Springtown after the storm and I’m so thankful all were okay. It’s easy to lose sight of the why when things are moving so quickly, but this was a great reminder to step back and appreciate what we are doing and also for all of our homeowners who were safe in harms way.

Builder walkthrough at one of our custom builds in Springtown and things are looking good! This is our Bo plan, originally 3,065 sf, but we modified it to fit exactly what the client was looking for, giving us 2,785 sf of living space. As with any build, all plans are modifiable to fit what you want as the buyer. If you’re interested in building with us, please reach out!

Excited to welcome another custom buyer to the VE family. We offer this option to all buyers; they found a lot they loved and I offered to purchase the lot for them with a quick close to ensure we captured it for them. As with all our builds, this one will be special for many reasons but this buyer is my listing agent’s, Lindsey Jensen, Uncle and Aunt. We can’t wait to build their dream home, stay tuned!
