But it worked.

It proved the idea.

They grew up together.
Different paths. Different skill sets.

Years later, they reconnected over Thanksgiving.

Patrick had been in the HVAC world long enough to see the problem.
Systems running every day with no real visibility.

James listened to Patrick’s concept - and said one thing.

“I think I can build that.”

That first version wasn’t polished.
But it worked.

And a decade later - it has turned into this.

A full scale HVAC monitoring device that has an app for the consumer and a separate app for the contractor. As thorough as it is, it’s also family home friendly.

Meaning - it communicates the deep diagnostics to your contractor, but it communicates the appropriate values, like air quality, to the homeowner.
