What was once a landscape struggling with invasive privet and ivy, erosion along the creekbank, failing drainage, and worn-out pathways becomes a landscape designed to work with nature.

We built rain gardens, swales, and dry creekbeds to slow and infiltrate stormwater; we stabilized slopes; we reused existing stone throughout the site; and we created beautiful new pathways and planting spaces. Every element was designed to hold water, prevent erosion, support wildlife, and help this property thrive for years to come.
