Our 2026 Leader’s Forum brought together more than 200 of our Foremen for two impactful days at the Hendricks County Fairgrounds.

Through training sessions, collaborative discussions, and vendor engagement, this event continues to reinforce our commitment to excellence, leadership, and continuous improvement.

Honoring a Legacy at WEA Fields in Lafayette⚾

What started as a simple question of “Why doesn’t this flag fly anymore?” turned into something much more meaningful.

This flag and pole stand in memory of Denny Jameson, a man whose impact on the WEA community spans generations. From playing on these fields himself to watching his children, grandchildren, and even great-grandchildren follow in his footsteps, baseball was a lifelong connection for the Jameson family.

After his passing, Denny’s family chose to honor his legacy in a lasting way by raising funds to install a flag and pole so games and tournaments could continue to be held on these fields he loved.

When the flag stopped flying, it mattered. So together, we made sure it would again.
Today, the flag stands tall as a symbol of honoring the past, supporting the present, and investing in the future of the community.

This Memorial Day, all of us at Electric Plus honor those heroes and hold their families in our thoughts with deep gratitude and respect.
