I recently glanced out the front window of my house to see this sign had been put in my yard! I had no idea I made the list of the top 20% of agents at our very large Keller Williams brokerage (300+ agents). I didn’t focus on the $$$ in 2021. Instead, I focused on how many people I could help…and that’s what I intend to do this year too. This cozy Woodbury gem hit the market this morning. It has 15 showings already pre-scheduled for today! 😀 I like to put my clients’ homes on the MLS as “Coming Soon” at least a few days prior so that we hit the ground running!

A lot of agents will take pictures with their iPhones to save some money, but that’s not what’s in the best interest of their clients. Make sure your agent is hiring a pro. I had my photographer get some great drone footage of this one too, to show how private the backyard is.

It’s a “win win” for both buyers and sellers right now. It’s still a seller’s market but there’s less competition for buyers. This was a good one and it went quickly!

Grateful for two closings today and so happy for my clients!

Note to sellers…it’s always SO appreciated by the buyers (and me 😬) when you 1) leave the home clean and 2) with all the keys, garage door openers, appliance manuals, association packets, etc. for the new owners. 🙌🙌🙌

She’s not even old enough to drink alcohol and she’s already investing in Real Estate 😆…and she did it 100% on her own financially! Closed last Friday on her super nice Minneapolis condo and now she’s not wasting money on rent each month!
