Owning your own business sounds so good on the outside. Being your own boss, making your own rules, a flexible schedule, and working for that paycheck to go back to you and only you.

But every pretty picture has behind the scenes moments, and they aren’t always so glorious. The breakdowns, the working in 100 degree heat or subzero temps, leaving your family when a storm hits for days at a time, the worry if paychecks will come when they’re suppose to, the worry if work will continue to come through the phone, and the late nights of moving equipment with a car full of three sleepy kids.

There are the positives and negatives of every job, every adventure, every gamble you take. We continue to choose to put blood, sweat, and tears into this business, with the hope that one day we’ve built something for not only us to be proud of, but our kids to be proud of.

A lot of grit, prayers, and wonderful customers keep us going so we can do what we love! Thankful today, and everyday, for what might be the hardest and most rewarding time in our lives.
