Joe Koch Construction | Austintown / Youngstown, Ohio
Joe Koch Construction is a family-owned custom home builder with 35+ years of building quality homes across the Mahoning Valley. We’re looking for a reliable, skilled Trim / Utility Carpenter to join our crew.
What You’ll Do
• Install interior trim, baseboards, door casings, window casings, crown molding, and specialty millwork
• Hang and finish interior doors
• Perform general utility carpentry and punch-list work on active job sites & rough framing projects
• Work from blueprints and cut lists with accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Coordinate with the framing and finish crews as needed
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in rough and finish carpentry (residential preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and clean, professional workmanship
• Ability to read plans and work independently
• Reliable transportation and tools
• Valid driver’s license
• Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a small, hardworking team
