There’s something special about a home that feels just as good inside as it does from the driveway.

Warm stone, natural wood, generous windows, and spaces made for gathering give this home a relaxed Hill Country feel from front to back.

From the main house to the pool and detached space, every part of this backyard has a purpose. The result is a home that gives its owners more room to relax, host, work, and enjoy the outdoors without leaving home.

A backyard should give you more reasons to spend time outside.

Between the pool, covered dining area, outdoor kitchen, and spaces tucked beneath the existing trees, this home has room for everything from a quiet evening outside to a full house of friends and family.

When the outdoor spaces are planned alongside the home, every part of the property gets used. Thinking about what your own backyard could become? Send us a DM and let’s talk.

A custom home works best when every room feels connected to the way you live.

From the kitchen and dining areas where everyone naturally gathers, to the open living spaces, quiet bedrooms, and well-planned bathrooms, each part of the home has a purpose. Natural light, comfortable circulation, storage, sightlines, and room-to-room connections all play a role in making the entire house feel cohesive.

At KDG, we design around the people who will call the home theirs — creating spaces that make everyday routines easier while still giving each room its own character.

A custom home should feel just as good to live in as it does to look at.

This design brings the outdoor spaces right into the way the home is meant to be enjoyed. With a private courtyard, pool, fire pit, covered seating, and plenty of room for gathering with family and friends. Large areas of glass help bring natural light inside while keeping the backyard connected to the main living spaces.

We also love the mix of clean architectural lines, warm wood details, and landscaping that gives the home privacy without closing it off from the outdoors.

Building a custom home should start with how you want to live in it. Send KDG a DM and let’s start designing a home around you.

A home works best when every room feels connected to the way you live. From the bright, open kitchen to the dining area and comfortable bedroom, this home uses natural light, clean sightlines, and practical layouts to make everyday routines feel easy. Generous cabinetry, a large island, and direct access to the backyard give the main living spaces plenty of flexibility for cooking, gathering, and entertaining.

A home can feel bold from the street and still feel warm the moment you walk inside.

This custom residence pairs a dark exterior palette with large windows, natural wood tones, crisp white interiors, and carefully planned sightlines that carry all the way through the home. From the kitchen and private primary suite to the backyard pool, each space has a clear purpose while still feeling connected to the rest of the house.

One of our favorite details is the way the architecture keeps the outdoors in view, even from the bedroom, while creating a backyard that feels private, comfortable, and ready to be used.

Thinking about building a custom home around the way you actually live? Send KDG a DM and let’s start the conversation.
