This one is all about thoughtful architecture, natural materials, curated details, and creating a home that feels just as impressive looking out as it does looking in.

3,400 square feet of commercial carpet is complete.

We just wrapped up Phase 2 of 4 on one of our commercial office remodels, replacing the flooring throughout this 20-year-old office space and giving it a much-needed refresh.

This project is all about bringing a cleaner, more modern feel to an existing workplace while keeping the space functional for the team that uses it every day.

Next up: cabinets, countertops, drywall repairs, and paint.

We’re excited to keep this transformation moving.

This primary bathroom rendering was designed to feel timeless, dramatic, and deeply refined. We blended Baroque inspired architecture with elevated modern touches to create a true retreat inside the home.

Some of the standout details:
▫ Floor-to-ceiling marble throughout the shower and flooring
▫ Custom black vanities paired with warm brushed gold fixtures
▫ Ornate trim work and layered molding details
▫ Freestanding soaking tub positioned beneath oversized arched windows

One of the biggest upgrades at our Cedar Park Ranchette Project was converting this home from electric-only to a fully functional natural gas home.

So what’s the difference?
