Hydrilla had a good run at this shoreline till we came along!

After we pull the hydrilla out by the roots, we pile it up on the boat!! We fill this boat up till we have to move it to our dump trailer and from there it gets composted. 🎥 Official Account of Lake Austin lakeaustin

This shows a great transformation at this dock on Lake Austin. Majority of what we are removing is eurasian watermilfoil, which is another invaisve species that’s on Lake Austin. We noticed it to be more prominent closer to the top of the lake.

We also put down a MuckMat from LakeMat - MuckMat behind the boat slips to ensure that area stays clear long term and it gives them a nice swimming area!
