💚 Our Future is Growing—and our people are at the heart of it.
Over the past few weeks, we've introduced the four Core Values that help shape the culture at Elements Lawn & Landscape:
Care for Others. Humble. Hungry. Go to Battle.
These values were introduced to our leadership team during our Annual Leadership Conference in August as part of a bigger vision for where we're headed:
Our future is growing people and cultivating landscapes.
The conference brought leaders together to prepare for the year ahead, set 1-, 3-, and 10-year goals, begin implementing the EOS system, and work through new programs designed to help us retain and develop our people.
Our leaders also participated in round-table discussions covering important topics like sales, customer retention, and how we can continue improving as a company.
And after all that work, there was definitely time for some fun! 🏎️ Our team let loose and enjoyed some friendly competition at Andretti's in DFW.
Now we're taking what we learned back to our teams and our properties.
Because our future isn't just about the landscapes we cultivate.
It's about the people we grow along the way. 🌱

Behind every well-maintained property is a team of hardworking people who show up, work together, and take pride in what they do.

💚 Taking care of the team starts before the work begins.

This week, the Elements Lawn & Landscape team kicked off the day with a safety meeting and ended with a quick stretch session before heading out for a long day in the field. 💪🌿

From mowing and trimming to w**d eating and clean-up, our crews put in the work to keep properties looking their best. Taking a few extra minutes to prepare, stretch, and look out for one another is one small way we live out Care for Others every day.

Because taking care of our people means making sure they’re ready to do the job safely—and making sure no one is facing a long day alone.

Appreciation doesn't always have to be complicated. Sometimes it's simply taking a moment to say, "We see you, and we appreciate what you do."
Our management team recently put together giveaways for our team as a small way to show our appreciation for the people who show up every day and help us deliver for our clients.
Behind every well-maintained landscape is a team of people working hard in the heat, early mornings, and long days—and we don't take that commitment for granted.
