How long does it actually take to build a custom home in Austin?

Plan for approximately 13–18 months from the beginning of pre-construction through move-in.

4–6 months | Pre-construction
This is when the foundation of the project takes shape. Our team evaluates the lot, coordinates the architectural plans, establishes the budget, completes selections, and works through permitting. Addressing these details early creates greater clarity before construction begins.

9–12 months | Construction
Once we break ground, the home progresses through site preparation, foundation, framing, mechanical rough-ins, insulation and drywall, interior finishes, paint, fixtures and appliances, hardscape and landscaping, final quality control, and key handover.
