Black Slate Construction is growing — and we’re looking for a motivated, organized, and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team.

If you take pride in leadership, communication, quality workmanship, and keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish, we want to hear from you.

🔨 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
• Managing residential & light commercial construction projects
• Coordinating subcontractors, schedules, materials & inspections
• Overseeing roofing, remodeling, restoration & exterior projects
• Conducting job site inspections & quality control
• Communicating with homeowners, crews, office staff & insurance reps
• Keeping projects organized, clean, on time & on budget

✅ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Prior construction management experience REQUIRED
• Strong construction & roofing knowledge
• Weekend availability when needed
• Leadership & problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Detail-oriented, dependable & self-motivated
• Xactimate or insurance restoration experience is a PLUS
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS
