Throwback to last year’s completed 7 Brew in Manor , our 100th location with the brand. 🏗️☕

From an empty pad to a 7 Brew serving the community, with roughly 24 weeks from construction start to CO.

Our team coordinated site prep, modular placement, MEP, utility connections, signage, and commissioning, bringing this QSR build through turnover and ready for operations.

A lot of work sits between these before-and-after shots, and we’re proud to mark our 100th 7 Brew with this team.

An address is all it takes to start the conversation. 📍

Before the drawings, the Citadel Design team looks at what the property can support and what could stand in the way.

Jake, our Head of Design, shares a few flags worth knowing:

🚩 Utilities cutting through the middle of the site? Easements could limit where you can build.

🟢 Vacant lot with utilities at the street? A promising starting point, with access and capacity still to check.

For an existing building, the questions go deeper: What was it used for? What can we keep? What condition are the structure and utilities in?

Matterport scanning helps us capture measurements and document the space, giving the team a clearer picture to work from.

A big idea feels a little less overwhelming when you have the right people in your corner.

IG: bare ground to a completed Valvoline. 🏗️

Our first Valvoline ground-up build took us to Hwy 158 in Midland, Texas.

From grading and underground plumbing to structural steel, garage doors, full MEP, equipment startup, and final inspections, watch the entire build come together from the ground up.

What started as an empty site is now an open Smalls Sliders serving the McKinney community.

The transformation happens fast in a reel but not in real life.

Site work. Concrete. Utilities. Structure. Finishes. Inspections. And a lot of work behind the scenes to bring it all together.

A first for 7 Brew in Garland is coming to life.

📍 5050 N Garland Ave, Garland, TX

This is the first stick-built 7 Brew in Garland, and the progress is showing.

The building is up. Roofing is moving. Windows are in. Brick is going up. Inside, framing and insulation are underway, while outside the drive-thru and site continue to take shape.

Still more to go, but it’s looking more like a 7 Brew every day.
