City of Austin codes can sometimes shape how a project is allowed to be built and this staircase called for creative problem solving.
Project managers Gregg and Steve developed an idea & brought the solution to life onsite, collaborating closely with our cabinet vendor throughout the process.
A beautiful result made possible through teamwork, communication, and thoughtful ex*****on. 🔨

Fortlandia prep is officially underway. 🔨

Siding is up, climbing rocks are ready to go, and we’re cutting stencils for bats, stars, clouds, and everything else that will bring Bats in the Attic to life.

Next up: a whole lot of paint, climbing, sliding, and finishing touches.

Designed by Mikaela Meyering, Built by Bes Builder + Bes Roofing, with a little imagination and a lot of power tools.
