The best seat in the backyard. In-water barstools for relaxing with a drink in hand, paired with a custom pergola that provides the perfect escape from the Texas sun.

The negative edge was designed to do more than move water—it captures the surrounding Hill Country, creating a mirror-like reflection that changes with the light throughout the day.

The custom-fabricated porcelain coping was meticulously aligned with the 2x6 Ann Sacks tile, creating a seamless transition and a clean, modern finish from every angle.

An all-tile catch basin extends the same premium finish throughout the negative edge, creating a seamless, high-end look from every angle.

Beyond its clean aesthetic, porcelain is incredibly durable, stain-resistant, and one of the easiest materials to maintain—making it as practical as it is beautiful.

The integrated steel planters and layered plantings soften the foundation walls, adding texture, color, and a natural transition that helps the pool blend seamlessly into the surrounding landscape.

The negative-edge catch basin was templated onsite so the custom-fabricated porcelain and tile followed the concrete exactly, creating a flawless fit and finish that simply can’t be achieved by measuring on paper.

Not every property needs more square footage. Sometimes it just needs better design!

This Lake Austin hillside was transformed into a series of outdoor living spaces that seamlessly connect the front entry, home, pool, and waterfront. By preserving the mature oak trees and layering natural limestone, custom steel planters, cedar privacy fencing, and lush planting beds, we created a landscape that ties the entire property together.

Every path, terrace, retaining wall, and planting was designed with a purpose—creating privacy where it was needed, framing the pool and lake views, and making every part of the property feel intentional.

This yard started as nothing but sloped grass. Now it’s a multi-level space designed for real life:
• Terraced layout for better flow
• Cedar deck off the patio with a privacy screen
• New pool wrapped in low-maintenance artificial turf
• Decomposed granite + pea gravel flex space (perfect under the tree canopy where sod won’t grow)
• Finally, a third tier with leveled out grass for dogs, kids, and play

Same footprint. Way more function.
