We are back at Bayshore Bend at one of our favorite customers’ home, this time to totally revamp the primary en suite bathroom.

Enlarging the walk in shower to become a wheelchair or walker friendly curbless short with benches inside and outside the wet area.

Installing decorative grab bars with fine finishes will keep things elegant and accessible.

We are seeking partnerships with designers and realtors who care about clear communication up front, believe that details matter, and need a builder they can trust to do the right thing even when it’s the hard thing.

Anthony & Ashleah had a great night at the Annual Preservation Austin Meeting to vote in the incoming Board Members and President-Elect!

We had a wonderful opportunity to explore the grounds at Laguna Gloria, hosted by The Contemporary Austin!

We bumped into colleagues and met new members who all got to share in hearing all of the exciting news of recent accomplishments and upcoming plans to keep Austin at the forefront of Preservation nationwide! (David Wilson, , etc)

Even Mayor Pro-Tem Vanessa Fuentes was there to ring in the new year with great news about a newly approved budget proposal that would hold two full time positions at the city level for Preservation and add funding for planning reviews, much needed in our growing city!

All in all it was a wonderful and intimate evening shared with so many dedicated to preserving Austin’s rich cultural history. Embracing technology and highlighting our legacy businesses which have kept Austin weird for all these years are just some of the ways that we as a membership are contributing to maintaining a city so many love to call home.

We are glad to be members at the Business Ambassador level and have plans to become more involved in 2025/2026!
