Callahan Electric is hiring a Lead Electrician / Foreman (3+ Years Experience Minimum)

We’re looking for someone who can:
-Run commercial jobs from rough to trim
-Manage 1–4 guys efficiently
-Read plans without confusion
-Communicate with GCs professionally
-Keep jobs on schedule and profitable

This is not an entry level position.
We want someone who takes ownership of their work and thinks like a leader not just a worker.

If you’ve been doing foreman level work but not getting foreman level respect or opportunity, let’s talk.
