A few shots from a memorable week in France with Pam, graciously hosted by Maison Janneau.

From a few inspiring days in Paris exploring architectural icons — including Alvar Aalto's Maison Louis Carré, Fondation Louis Vuitton, Paris Flea Market, Le Bonnie Club, Bibliothèque Sainte-Geneviève, Château de Nainville, Villa Savoye, and Le Corbusier's Unité d'Habitation—to an unforgettable visit to Nantes.

Touring the Maison Janneau fabrication facilities was a highlight and meeting their charming owner, Henri Janneau was a joy. Seeing firsthand the craftsmanship behind their extraordinary windows made the experience even more special. 

We were fortunate to share the journey with an exceptional group of architects and designers from Austin, Dallas, Houston and New York. Their wit, wisdom and camaraderie made every conversation, meal and tour even more memorable.

Private tours, remarkable architecture, incredible hospitality, and  food and wine to spoil us completely. 

A week filled with design, craftsmanship, friendship, and inspiration. Merci, Maison Janneau and your entire team.

Its historic porch, roofline, and heritage trees, planted by the owner as a child, were thoughtfully preserved while a modern addition is tucked quietly behind. The home carefully balances contemporary lifestyle while opening a new chapter for a family deeply rooted in place.
