Up I-35 in Waco, our team is nearing the finish line on a new children's clinic for Ascension Providence.

A historic Austin building is getting ready for its next chapter!

At The Archive, S. Watts Group is transforming an existing commercial property into a future bar and speakeasy while preserving the character that makes the building unique. The renovation includes all-new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, along with high-end specialty millwork that will help define the finished atmosphere.

Bringing this vision to life has required careful sequencing, adaptability, and close collaboration with the owner, architect, engineers, and trade partners. As the project moves toward its anticipated mid-November completion, we’re taking a closer look at the work behind the transformation!
