Twilight is when the architecture really starts to shine.

This custom home in Zilker pairs crisp white stucco with dark brick, steel accents and clean-lined gables to create a striking modern exterior. As the sun goes down, warm interior light spills through the windows, giving the home a welcoming presence from the street.

Designed to stand out without shouting, this home balances bold materials with timeless forms that will look just as good years from now as they do today.

Designed for gathering.

This dining space flows seamlessly into the kitchen, creating a natural hub for everything from weeknight dinners to larger celebrations. A custom dry bar with integrated beverage storage keeps entertaining easy, while warm white oak cabinetry, layered lighting and a restrained material palette bring warmth and character to the space.

The best rooms aren't just beautiful — they're the ones that bring people together.

Sometimes it's the details that make a kitchen memorable.

The fluted white oak island, natural stone countertops and warm brass accents create a rich mix of texture and material, while open white oak shelving keeps the space feeling light and inviting. A built-in beverage fridge and display shelves add both function and personality, turning an everyday kitchen into a space designed for gathering.

Thoughtful layers, timeless materials and craftsmanship that feels at home for decades.

Natural light changes everything.

This primary bath was designed to feel bright, calm and timeless, with expansive windows, a double vanity and a walk-in shower that takes full advantage of the natural light. A primary shower should feel like a retreat.

Handcrafted zellige tile brings subtle variation and texture to the walls, while warm brass fixtures add contrast and warmth. Dual shower heads, a handheld sprayer and a custom marble niche create a space that's as functional as it is beautiful.

It's a quiet palette, but the natural variation in the materials ensures there's always something interesting to discover.

The kitchen is where everyone gathers, so we designed this one to do a little bit of everything.

A large island provides plenty of room for cooking, casual meals and entertaining, while the integrated dining table creates a seamless connection between food prep and shared meals. Warm wood cabinetry, dark countertops and brass accents add richness and contrast, balanced by a bright backsplash and natural white oak floors.

A space designed to be as functional for a busy weekday morning as it is for hosting friends on the weekend.

First impressions matter.

This entry sequence was designed to create a sense of arrival from the moment you step inside. Expansive steel-framed glass, warm white oak beams and a clean palette work together to frame views through the home while filling the space with natural light.

The result is a welcoming entry that feels both grand and understated — setting the tone for everything beyond.

A backyard should feel like an escape.

This Zilker backyard was designed around the pool, creating a private retreat just steps from both the screened porch and the pool bath located in the ADU. The result is a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living — perfect for entertaining, relaxing or cooling off during an Austin summer.

Thoughtful planning turns even a compact urban lot into a resort-like experience.

Some details are worth slowing down for.

This soaking tub is wrapped in a marble deck that highlights the natural movement and variation of the stone, while the handcrafted zellige tile surround brings subtle texture and depth to the space. Paired with warm brass fixtures, the combination feels timeless, layered and quietly luxurious.

A bathroom designed not just for function, but for unwinding at the end of the day.

The mud room is one of the hardest-working spaces in the house.

Located just off the garage, this custom drop zone provides a place for coats, shoes, backpacks and everyday clutter before it ever reaches the main living areas. Built-in storage, durable finishes and a dedicated bench make coming and going a little more organized.

It's not the flashiest room in the house, but it's often one of the most appreciated.
