Our crews recently wrapped up an extensive exterior project that included replacing the existing shingle roof with a 24-gauge Sheffield Metals International Snap-Lock 450 SL standing seam metal roofing system.

Along with the new roof, we installed new James Hardie® siding and trim, completed a full exterior paint job, handled the gutter work and made updates to the home's ventilation. The roofing system also included high-temp underlayment, pre-formed metal valleys and ridge, engineered clips and screws, and new flashings throughout.

There were a lot of moving parts on this project, from the metal work up top to the siding, paint and finishing details around the home. Great work by our crews bringing it all together.

A major roofing upgrade in Lakeway. This 6,144 sq. ft. home went from concrete tile to a 24-gauge J-Lock 150 mechanically seamed standing seam metal roof.

The project also included custom VELUX skylights, gutters, downspouts, gutter screens, and fascia and soffit repairs. The new metal roofing system carries a 45-year substrate warranty and 50-year finish warranty, along with Ja-Mar’s 5-year limited workmanship warranty.
