SCOPE: Custom made, all solid-wood Dining Room Canopy Chandelier, Accent Chandelier & Credenza Built-Ins & solid-wood Living Room Cathedral Ceiling Beam Wraps
Details:
• 9 ft. x 1.5 ft. x 2.5 ft. built-in solid wood modern-style Credenza w/ 4 double-door base cabinets featuring Blum soft-close hinges & contemporary pulls
• 9 ft. x 1 ft. x 2 in. built-in solid wood canopy accent chandelier w/ (3) recessed LED lights & new electrical w/ dimmer wall switch, & hanging glass pendants
• 11.5 ft. x 2.5 ft. x 6 in. built-in solid wood linear canopy chandelier w/ (6) recessed LED lights & new electrical w/ dimmer wall switch, & hanging glass pendants

240 linear ft. of solid wood cathedral ceiling beam wraps
• Old Masters Carbon Black stain & Old Masters poly seal throughout
• Electrical & wiring for outlets & lighting & ceiling fan
