Meet Jose — 16 years with AAA AUGER Austin and one of the most trusted plumbers we've got.

Jose loves soccer, listens to Mexican country music, and brings that same passion and energy to every job he takes on.

Customers have noticed. One reviewer said: "Jose is very honest, trustworthy and efficient. From now on I will only use this company." That's the Jose effect.

16 years of honesty, skill, and showing up for Austin homeowners and businesses. We're proud to have him.

AAA AUGER — Jose's been making Austin a better-plumbed city for 16 years.

Big thanks to our team at AAA AUGER Plumbing Services and our valued partners at Rinnai for an outstanding day of training and education!

Today’s hands-on session reinforced our commitment to staying at the forefront of tankless water heater technology, enabling us to continue delivering the best solutions for our customers. From installation best practices to advanced troubleshooting and product knowledge, our technicians gained valuable insights that help us provide even better service every day.

We’re proud of our strong partnership with Rinnai and look forward to continuing to bring industry-leading tankless water heating solutions to homeowners across Texas.

We come out at no cost, no obligation, but if you approve, the Business Manager could pay you a visit!!

Meet Eric — 11 years with AAA AUGER and still one of the most requested plumbers we've got.

(Seriously — customers ask for Eric by name. Check our reviews.)

Eric loves dogs, bleeds Dallas Cowboys blue and silver, and here's a fun fact: he has a twin brother. Somewhere out there is another Eric-level human being, and we think that's incredible.

On the job, Eric is exactly what you want — thorough, honest, and the kind of guy who explains everything so you're never left wondering.

AAA AUGER — Eric's been showing up for 11 years. He's not stopping now.

Today we pause to honor and remember the men and women who gave everything in service to this country.

To every veteran, active duty service member, and military family in our community — thank you. Words don't do it justice, but we mean it deeply.

AAA AUGER has proudly served Texas since 1962, and we are honored to serve so many military families across San Antonio and DFW. It is the least we can do.

Happy Memorial Day. We will never forget.

AAA AUGER — grateful, always.

⛳ Proud to be a hole sponsor at the Rotary Club of Dallas 11th Annual Charity Golf Tournament! 🏌️‍♂️

What an incredible event for an incredible cause. The Rotary Club of Dallas brought together golfers, community leaders, and businesses at Prestonwood at The Creek to benefit Safer Dallas Better Dallas — a non-profit dedicated to supporting our Dallas Police and Dallas Fire-Rescue heroes. 🚔🚒

At AAA Auger Plumbing Services, we believe in showing up for our community — on the course and off it. It was an honor to represent our team and connect with so many wonderful people who are committed to making Dallas safer and stronger.

Thank you to the Rotary Club of Dallas for putting on such a fantastic tournament and for all the great work you do year-round. We're already looking forward to next year!

💧 Need a plumber you can trust? AAA Auger Plumbing Services is available 24/7 — just like we show up for our community, we show up for you.

Fun fact: AAA AUGER has been serving Texas since 1962.

That's over 60 years of pipes, drains, water heaters, slab leaks, and more than a few stories we'll never tell.

We started as a family business and we still run it that way — honest prices, real people answering the phones, and plumbers who actually show up.

Legacy built one fixed pipe at a time.

Meet Julian — 5 years with AAA AUGER San Antonio and already showing what he's made of.

Julian loves Mexican food, is a proud Los Angeles Lakers fan (we'll allow it), loves working out to The Deftones, and is always up for watching a good game.

There's something we love about a guy who shows up to work with that kind of energy — music cranked, ready to move, ready to handle whatever the job throws at him.

Julian is building something great here. Five years in and we're already proud of what he's become.

AAA AUGER — the future is bright, and Julian is part of it.

Pop Quiz:

You notice a slow drain. Do you:

A) Pour half a bottle of Drano down it and pray
B) YouTube a fix at 11pm and make it worse
C) Leave it and hope it "fixes itself"
D) Call AAA AUGER like a sensible person

No wrong answers. (There are wrong answers.)

We're here when option D sounds good.

Hot take: Your water heater has a birthday, and you've never celebrated it.

Most water heaters last 8-12 years. After that, they're on borrowed time — and borrowed hot water.

Not sure how old yours is? Check the serial number on the side — the first few digits usually tell you the year it was made, depending on the brand of the heater.
