Happy, happy Sunday everyone!

Making great progress on our Haworth project. We are currently finishing the final details, including the corner bead, so that tomorrow we can begin the tape and float process throughout the property.

The Sheetrock installation is completely finished on the second and third levels. This project has definitely been a challenge due to the delays we have experienced along the way, but our team has continued pushing forward, and we are currently on schedule and moving everything ahead as planned.

We’re proud of our team’s hard work, dedication, and commitment to keeping the project moving forward. Another step closer to completion! 💪🏽🏗️

We’re excited to share another recently completed bathroom remodeling project by JA&B Construction Company.

For this project, we remodeled two bathrooms, including demolition, plumbing modifications, preparation, tile installation preparation, and finishing work.

🚿 Bathroom #1:
• Removed the existing bathtub and surrounding walls
• Demolished and removed the old materials
• Reconfigured and relocated plumbing as needed
• Prepared the shower area for the new tile installation
• Installed the new shower glass door
• Properly prepared the surfaces for a clean, durable finish

🛁 Bathroom #2:
• Removed the existing old tile
• Demolished and cleaned the work area
• Prepared the surfaces for the installation of the new tile
• Ensured the area was properly prepared for the next phase of the remodel
