Our client is converting their garage into a comfortable home gym, so we made sure the space is built for year-round performance.

• Dense-packed the existing walls with fiberglass insulation
• Encapsulated the garage attic with spray foam, creating a great space for climate-controlled storage

Another successful open-cell spray foam project completed today in Somerville, TX!

This breezeway is Panzer’s favorite place to relax, with a doggy door providing easy access to the backyard. Thanks to the new open-cell spray foam insulation, he’ll be able to enjoy the space in much greater comfort while staying out of the Texas heat.

Today we installed insulation on this beautiful pool house using TimberHP wood fiber insulation. We installed R-22 TimberFill BIBs between the 2x6 roof rafters and R-22 TimberBatt insulation in the 2x6 exterior walls, providing excellent thermal performance while utilizing a sustainable, high-performance insulation system.

Completed retrofit attic encapsulation in Bastrop, TX. We installed 7 inches of open-cell spray foam to the underside of the roof deck, creating a conditioned attic space that improves energy efficiency and indoor comfort. A framed pony wall was constructed to separate the conditioned attic from the unconditioned garage attic, and a permanent airtight zipper access door was installed to maintain the integrity of the building envelope while allowing easy access. To help control humidity and protect the space year-round, we also installed a dedicated dehumidifier, ensuring the attic remains clean, dry, and properly conditioned.

Awesome ADU office space for Air Monkey HVAC in Tomball, TX, featuring 3 inches of closed-cell insulation applied to the underside of the roof deck and full-fill open-cell insulation in 2x4 walls. We installed closed-cell insulation to the underside of the roof to enhance structural integrity while achieving a higher R-Value in a critical area. Notably, closed-cell insulation provides double the R-value of open-cell spray foam.

Crawlspace encapsulation for an office building in Austin! Got it sealed up tight and dehumidifier installed. We took the relative humidity down to 50% from 90% and dripping wet subfloor is now completely dry! Ventilated crawlspaces are a thing of the past. We partnered with an air specialist to fix another spray foam contractors work in Houston. There were numerous flaws in their assembly. First step, insulation removal! Spray foam repairs happening next week!
