My very first ground-up project is complete! 1204 North was thoughtfully designed around the joy of hosting. At its heart is an expansive open kitchen that flows seamlessly into the living space, crowned with soaring vaulted ceilings. An open stair with generous windows floods the living space with warm afternoon light, creating the perfect backdrop for gathering. A huge thank you to and for trusting me to shape and deliver their vision.
