Meet our new summer helpers / social media team.

Finished this bathroom about two weeks ago… and we’re just now posting it because apparently remodeling bathrooms is easier than keeping up with Instagram 😂

This project started with a bathroom that felt outdated and closed in. The homeowners wanted something brighter, cleaner, and more relaxing without losing functionality. We enlarged the shower, updated the finishes, installed new tile, and gave the entire space a more modern feel while keeping it warm and inviting.

At one point during demo, it looked like we had absolutely destroyed the bathroom… which, technically, we did 😂 But seeing it all come together in the end is always worth it.

Big thank you to our clients for trusting us with their home and giving us the opportunity to bring this vision to life. We truly appreciate every project and every family that allows us to be part of their home.

Our bathroom remodel in Buda, TX is rolling, and we’re in that “not so pretty but absolutely critical” stage: waterproofing.

Unfortunately, the homeowner experienced a leak, and once we opened things up, it became clear that some key waterproofing details were missed in the original build.

Over time… water always finds a way to remind us it’s patient. And apparently very good at holding grudges 😅

We always remind our clients:
The brand doesn’t make the shower waterproof…
The installer does!
A Schluter system that’s cut short or incomplete is just an expensive leak waiting for its moment.

Now we’re doing what we do best: stripping it back, rebuilding it the right way, and making sure this shower has zero chance of becoming a future “why is there a stain on the ceiling?” conversation.

Once this stage is dialed in, we’ll move into tile and bring this Buda bathroom back to life the way it should’ve been from day one.

Another backyard transformation in progress.

We recently completed a concrete patio extension designed and engineered with one goal in mind: to outlast all of us!

We handled the design, pulled the permits, scheduled inspections, and installed plenty of rebar so this slab is built to stay put until the end of time, or at least until Texas finally gets tired of shifting soil 😂😂

Next phase: a covered pergola featuring the Hercules system!!

To make the structure both functional and comfortable, we will also be incorporating a Skylift roof riser system.
This will raise the roof above the existing structure, allowing for better air flow while providing the slope needed for proper drainage.
In other words, no hot box effect and no surprise indoor waterfalls during the next Texas thunderstorm.

Because if you are going to enjoy your backyard, you might as well do it under a pergola that is made to breathe and built on concrete stronger than our New Year’s resolutions.
