A backyard with a timber frame pergola, fire pit, built-in planters, and a dedicated smoker station has a lot of pieces the client needs to see working together before they commit. We put it all in 3D so the contractor could show exactly how the covered lounge area, the fire pit seating, and the grill space would connect across the paver patio. Black aluminum framed screen room with a wood tongue and groove ceiling, full glass walls and sliding doors, sitting right off the pool and spa. We rendered the interior view looking out and the exterior view from the pool deck. Both angles matter on a project like this because the client is buying the connection between the inside space and the outdoor space. Tropical landscape projects have a lot of moving pieces. Plants, color, texture, hardscape, all of it needs to work together. A client has a hard time picturing that from a plant list and a sketch.
