What’s worse than your elevator pit filling with groundwater?
Realizing your sump pump doesn’t work.

Now you’re paying to pump out your pit so components don’t rust. If the pit bucket got knocked over, you're also covering oil-water separation. And of course, that's an inspection violation. After dealing with all of this, you still have to replace the broken sump pump.

Most people wait until disaster strikes. Don’t be one of them.
