Golden Home Management so that our customers have a single point of contact that they know and trust.

We’re a relationship business that allows homeowners to have one person to text/call/email to solve any problem, or make any enhancement they could ever dream of for their home. Safety:
- In home safety assessments
- Installation of high quality safety and medical equipment
- Home remodels focused on a universal design that does not reduce the value of the home as an asset. Maintenance:
- Home

inspection for overall upkeep of the home
- Long term support to ensure that the home is well kept long-term and the asset value of the home does not diminish

Management:
- We take ownership of the maintenance needs of a home, and make sure it continues to be safe for the residents as they age.
- Monthly visits to ensure everything is in working order, and if there are any issues we will own the process to ensure the home continues to be well kept.
- We maintain the relationships with contractors (Lawn care, plumbing, snow removal, etc.)
