Do you ever look at architecture and think, "I see something special!", but also, "That's just not right!"?

I was traveling recently and walked past this building. It has a great design aesthetic and was well built by craftsmen that took pride in their work! However, the building is over 100 years old and just isn't being taken care of as well as it should. It's a shame, because it could look so much better!
