We work in servicing multifamily apartment communities, partnering with property management teams, investors, and owners to provide expert maintenance and remodeling solutions that enhance and preserve their assets.

POSITION SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Assistant Project Manager plays a key role in supporting the Project Manager to ensure the successful completion of assigned projects. Their responsibilities include involvement in the following activities:
• Conducting site walks for new prospect projects
• Capturing photos and detailed notes
• Preparing project reports
• Assisting with project estimation
• Sourcing and procuring materials
• Performing regular project site walks
• Participating in preconstruction and post-construction meetings
• Managing photo documentation throughout the project lifecycle
