They are a great company. I've used several roofers in the past and they were
the only ones that exceeded my expectations. They were very professional, they told me exactly what they were going to do and gave me the cost. They cost of the project was very reasonable. They followed through with what they promised and provided excellent customer services. - [ ] Robert M**** and Maximus Roofing bailed me out of a really bad situation. I had a new roof put on a fast talking salesman from a dishonest company (starts with A_ _ ends with P). They installed defective shingles and did a poor quality job on the installation labor. The A_ _ P installed the defective shingles over wet decking that was 1⁄4” on 24” center. It should have been brought up to code. Many of the decking boards were cracked or broken. Maximus had to replace all the decking sheets. Robert helped me file a warranty claim with Owes C****** for the defective shingles and the cost of the labor to install the new shingles. Owens C****** replaced the shingles and paid for the labor because Robert knew how to file a claim properly. Robert is a true professional and honest as the day is long. The other company had refused to help me with any warranty and had refused to remove the defective shingles. Robert and Maximus Roofing can be trusted to do the job right and give you the satisfaction that you would expect from a quality, honest company.
