That’s not a stunt. That’s just Friday. 👀

We kicked off a full exterior repaint in Aurora Shores this week — and yeah, that means getting up on the peak to hand-prep every detail most people never even look at, like this cupola.

Drone shot two is the starting point: full house, prep staged, crew rolling. Before any color goes on, the whole place gets washed, scraped, caulked, and sanded where it needs it. That’s the part that makes a finish last through Ohio winters.

Seven years in. Five-time Nextdoor Neighborhood Favorite. This is how we start every single one.

Following along — we’ll post the after. 🏡

Here’s the part of a paint job nobody ever sees. 👀

New boards going in — then sanded smooth by hand before a single drop of paint touches them. Most painters skip this step. We don’t.

The prep is the whole job. The paint is just the easy part at the end.

Five years running as your Nextdoor Neighborhood Favorite here on the East Side. This is why.

Happy Memorial Day!

Just wrapped a bathroom refresh over in Orange Hill Estate.

Mitchell’s words: “Prompt, courteous, and did what we hired him to do.”

That’s the bar. Show up on time. Communicate every step. Protect the home. Finish what we promised.

Five years running as your Neighborhood Favorite — and the standard hasn’t moved.

A couple of interior crew openings left before the holidays. Reply or DM if your bathroom, kitchen, or main living space is on the list.

Dark brown accent wall. Yellowish tan everywhere else. Gone.

Interior transformation in Moreland Hills by Contractor Breakthrough. Every wall now wrapped in Sherwin-Williams Repose Gray.

The walls were the easy part. The trim was the heaviest interior work we do — sanded every brown surface down, locked it with a bond primer, then two full coats of white enamel on top. That's the only way the white holds long term.

The accent wall took three coats to fully bury the dark color. Patched, sanded, primed, painted.

[Updated areas this round: master bedroom + (your added areas — delete this line if master only).]

Five years running as Nextdoor Neighborhood Favorite — serving Chagrin Falls, Hunting Valley, Gates Mills, Pepper Pike, Moreland Hills, Bentleyville, and Orange. That's not an accident.

Step inside a finished interior painting job in Bainbridge. 🎥

A full interior repaint, just outside Chagrin Falls, Ohio — walls and (some) trim throughout this home.

The homeowner already had a color they loved. So instead of guessing, we color-matched it exactly. The new paint blends room to room like it was always there.

Two coats of Sherwin-Williams Duration Home in a flat finish. Walls patched, caulked, and sanded first. Floors covered. Site swept before we left each day.

We did what we said we'd do.

At the start of the year I told this community we'd take a portion of every project booked through our Interior Refresh Donation Program and send it to a local cause the homeowner picked. Rescue Village. Rising River Farms. Rainbow Babies & Children's.
The deliveries are done. The video is up.

The spring and early-summer calendar is officially full. Thank you, Chagrin Falls.
The next opening is mid-July. We're building the late summer waitlist now — exterior, interior, staining, powerwashing.

If you want a spot, comment "waitlist" or send me a message and I'll get you on the list.

Deck season is here — and this Chagrin Falls restoration by Contractor Breakthrough shows what's possible. 🤩

Peeling gray paint on every surface. We cleaned off the old finish, applied Sherwin Williams Superdeck Solid 9600 Stain on the boards and steps, and painted the railings and lattice bright white.
