Before and after sealing up this concrete porch in multiple areas. An animal had burrowed underneath and caused the steps to sink and soil to be washed away in the low spots. I cleared out the openings, injected spray foam, packed the cavities with trap rock, then filtered in sand and tamped everything tight. No animals getting in there any time soon!

Repaired a gazebo, disassembled a swing set, installed a net kit around a trampoline, repaired a sliding screen door, and replaced the rollers on a pair of glass sliding shower door panels. All in a days work!
